MatterSpace ELM is the first and only secure, downloadable software application based on Microsoft® Office technology to fully automate each step in eDiscovery while ensuring information compliance.

By integrating with Microsoft FAST, SharePoint 2010, and Exchange 2010, corporate attorneys, their IT departments and their outside law firms can reduce costs and lower risk of missing important digital information.

MatterSpace ELM integrates Retention/Preservation Management, Early Case Assessment, Case Strategy, and ESI Production. Through this advanced offering, corporate legal and outside counsel can now manage and synchronize information "behind the firewall" and "in the cloud" in order to iteratively make "Try vs. Settle" decisions throughout each case.

MatterSpace ELM provides for identification, preservation, de-duplication, indexing, collection, culling, analysis, tagging, and production of unstructured electronically stored information (ESI) for all identified custodians and sources. This includes all enterprise accessible desktops, file shares, Exchange email, Domino email, SharePoint, Symantec Enterprise Vault, etc. Through the enterprise Active Directory or HR Systems, it also facilitates collaboration among all concerned parties and monitors and tracks all matter-specific ESI communications and events, including litigation holds, custodian interviews, etc.
