MatterSpace Offerings

WorkProducts offers both Enterprise and Services editions of MatterSpace. Each is carefully designed to meet specific needs and provide maximum flexibility.

MatterSpace Services Edition is ideal for companies that want a case-by-case solution. In these situations, the MatterSpace appliance can be installed and operational in as little as a day, enabling companies to quickly respond to the needs of a specific legal matter(s). Services Edition is designed for WorkProducts alliance partners such as Certified MatterSpace eDiscovery providers, storage and content integrators, law firms, and consultants who are engaged by a client on a case-by-case basis and will bundle it with other services, such as deployment, data map consulting, preservation consulting, etc.

MatterSpace Services Edition is offered on a quarterly rental basis plus a fee based on the number of custodians identified and preserved plus the amount of short-term (15-180 days) data collected and stored. Included with Services Edition are installation/de-installation, deployment, and user training services. MatterSpace Services Editions integrate with 3rd party review platforms, such as Summation, Concordance, Ringtail, iConect, Caselogistix, as well as eDiscovery ASP's. Certified MatterSpace providers will support their respective MatterSpace sales, as well as those made by CDW. MatterSpace pricing includes a quarterly rental fee, per data custodian legacy data crawl fee, and per custodian day-forward crawl fee.

MatterSpace Enterprise Edition is ideal for companies facing a significant number of lawsuits or investigations each year that involve large amounts of ESI. These companies want to manage the litigation process strategically with a solution that integrates easily into their network environment.

MatterSpace Enterprise Edition is offered on an annual subscription basis plus a fee based on the number of custodians from whom data is collected and the number of gigabytes of ESI preserved. Included with Enterprise Edition are installation, deployment, training, and maintenance services. Enterprise Edition is sold direct and also offered through Certified MatterSpace alliance partners.
